Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Good Year 2/8VF1800 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hansen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Helwig parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Horton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hansen such as the QVPE2DUN18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11501015582303 manufactured by Helwig and we are pleased to be able to service most Helwig systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9073075H70P1 by Manufacturer Horton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Helwig Brand 13371296 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Good-Year such as 8GTR89621 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 38VF4000 made by Good-Year as well as the popular HM02421 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GLY460 by Grove and 8GTR89621 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2543501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
